…..and I’m talking about my workouts here, clearly not my personality! 😉
It took David being gone for 11 days for me to finally get back into my regular routine. I did do something most days in June and July but it’s a bit tacky when people are staying with you to spend as much time as I do on workout things when I’m by myself. After having Taryn here cooking her amazing stuff I was glad not to be able to weigh myself so let’s just assume that I need to crank up my cardio to make up for that! The house is now back to having different colored stretchy bands hanging all over the place since I do a lot more if they’re wherever I happen to be instead of having to go down to what passes as my exercise room to use them.

Already ticked all my morning boxes so I’m hoping that it will have cooled down enough when David gets home late this afternoon for me to get some outside cardio in before my bedtime stretching session. It is VERY NICE to have air-conditioning for the days I do the bike trainer inside though!
