Made it to Atlanta

more rainbow colours but this time at 29000 feet

I was a little concerned when I got to the gate at SeaTac this morning and the first question the gate agent asked me was whether just one of us would fly if there was only one seat available. That was after my shoes had tested positive for something that the TSA didn’t like which meant I had to go through a much more detailed security check than normal but no, no cavity searches 😉 We were lucky and both made it onto the flight so we just ate and drank and will be having an early night by Seattle standards so that we get back to the airport in time to hopefully get on a morning flight to Gainesville tomorrow. It was in the 60s when we landed here and Gainesville is forecast to have thunderstorms and temperatures in the 80s tomorrow so it will make a change!

About girlonahandcycle

Natural Brit/Naturalized American wife, mom, grandma and all around old broad still happily ignoring my MS (since 1985 - ha!). Every time it slows me down I find a way to speed back up which explains my very cool Tilite wheelchair and Top End handcycle ..........also my ripped arms ; ) Don't get back to the homeland or to other cool places quite as easily or often as I'd like anymore so theoretically my rambling here keeps me a little more connected to far away friends and family.
