A good change of plan…..

It wasn’t supposed to be my day to go out and roll today – if David is here he plays racquetball on Saturdays  and I get the floors washed while he’s out of the house and if he’s leaving town I do all the washing and housework so I don’t have to do anything except play while he’s gone 😉

Well today I realized around noon that I wouldn’t be rolling tomorrow because the French Open starts then and I will be watching every single match like the rabid fan that I am 😜 so, a little later than I’d have normally hit the sidewalk off I went and look at some of the payoff…. super low tide with beach naturalists out there to answer all of your questions and show off some really cool tide pool finds and then when I rounded the corner and got to Alki there were kayaks, cruise ships, Mt Baker, the Space Needle and lots of people enjoying the beach. Add to that I got to tick my exercise and Vitamin D boxes and of course I ran into people I knew as well – surprise! 🤣

A good change of plan I think

About girlonahandcycle

Natural Brit/Naturalized American wife, mom, grandma and all around old broad still happily ignoring my MS (since 1985 - ha!). Every time it slows me down I find a way to speed back up which explains my very cool Tilite wheelchair and Top End handcycle ..........also my ripped arms ; ) Don't get back to the homeland or to other cool places quite as easily or often as I'd like anymore so theoretically my rambling here keeps me a little more connected to far away friends and family.
